This New Priority Matrix is an upgrade version of the famous Urgent-Important  Eisenhower Matrix. 

The concept of this matrix is to help you organize yourself and achieve your goals by classifying the task on two axes :

-Urgency

-Importance

Whether the task is urgent or not urgent, important or not important or a mix of both, the matrix guide you in the prioritization of your task (so you can work efficiently and smartly) as follow :

1. Urgent & Important = DO IT NOW !

2. Not urgent, but Important = PLAN 

3. Not important, but Urgent = DELEGATE

4. Not urgent, not Important = ELIMINATE

After using different planners and matrix, I found out that setting a time and/or a date for a task really help achieving it.
